Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Cyber Quackers Social Automation (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is a restricted desktop workflow operated by Barvazon Records for official Cyber Quackers social-media activity. It helps authorized operators prepare approved content, connect official accounts, upload drafts where supported, retain destination and approval records, and review available audience activity.

The Service does not promise automatic publication. Public actions may require a separate approval and final confirmation on the connected platform.

3. Authorized access and account security

• You may use the Service only if Barvazon Records has authorized you to manage the relevant accounts and content.
• You must provide accurate information and connect only accounts you own or are authorized to administer.
• You are responsible for protecting your device, platform accounts, and authorization credentials.
• You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to us and revoke affected platform permissions.

We may suspend access when necessary to protect accounts, content, the Service, or third parties.

4. Content and intellectual property

You retain any rights you already hold in content you provide. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use, upload, publish, and authorize platform processing of that content.

The Service, its branding, workflow, documentation, and software are owned by Barvazon Records or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or Cyber Quackers materials.

5. Third-party platforms

Connected services—including TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, Spotify, Bitly, and Bluesky—are independent third parties. Their terms, policies, permissions, availability, limits, and enforcement decisions apply to activity on their services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party outages, review decisions, account restrictions, content moderation, data practices, or API changes. The Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with those platforms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• access an account, audience, or data without authorization;
• publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content;
• bypass approval records, platform review flows, access controls, quotas, or safety measures;
• extract, sell, or misuse personal information;
• introduce harmful code or interfere with the Service or a connected platform; or
• violate applicable law or a connected platform’s terms.

7. Availability and termination

We may change, pause, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including a platform integration, when necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, or changes imposed by a third party. You may stop using the Service and revoke connected-account access at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued compatibility with any platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Barvazon Records will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost revenue, account restrictions, or third-party platform actions arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
