Data Deletion Instructions

1. Revoke platform access

First, open the connected platform’s account settings and remove Cyber Quackers Social Automation from its authorized apps, business integrations, or connected services. Revocation prevents future API access but may not remove information already retained by the platform.

If you believe an account or credential is at risk, revoke access on the platform immediately before contacting us.

2. Send a deletion request

1. Email cyberquackers@barvazon.com with the subject “Cyber Quackers data deletion request.”
2. State the connected platform and the username, handle, Page, or channel associated with the request.
3. Describe whether you want all associated Service data deleted or only a specific category.
4. Do not send passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, or government identification.

We may ask for a limited confirmation sufficient to verify that you control the affected account.

3. What we delete

After verification, we will delete or irreversibly de-identify information associated with the request that we control, including as applicable:

• stored authorization credentials and granted-permission records;
• platform account, channel, Page, or profile identifiers;
• cached profile, media, engagement, upload, and status metadata;
• locally retained content copies supplied for the affected workflow; and
• operational records that are no longer required for security, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

4. Content already published

A deletion request to us does not automatically delete posts, videos, comments, analytics, or account data held by a connected platform. Delete published content using that platform’s tools and contact the platform directly for data it controls.

5. Timing and confirmation

We aim to acknowledge verified requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days. If applicable law requires a different timeframe, that timeframe applies. Limited records may be retained when legally required or necessary to document security incidents, prevent abuse, or establish compliance.

We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any lawful limitation.
