1. Scope and operator

Cyber Quackers Social Automation (the “Service”) is operated by Barvazon Records (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It is a restricted workflow used to manage official Cyber Quackers social-media activity. This policy applies to the Service and this website.

The Service is not operated by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, Spotify, Bitly, or Bluesky.

2. Information we handle

Depending on the connected platform and features an operator chooses, the Service may handle:

  • Authorization data: access tokens, refresh tokens, granted permissions, and authorization status.
  • Account data: platform account identifiers, channel or Page identifiers, display names, usernames, profile details, and account linkage.
  • Content data: approved media files, captions, hashtags, destination links, upload identifiers, post identifiers, and publication status.
  • Engagement data: public or authorized counts and interactions such as views, likes, reposts, and comments when a configured platform makes them available.
  • Operational data: timestamps, status messages, error records, approval records, and security or troubleshooting logs.
  • Communications: information you include when contacting us.

This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. Our hosting provider may process basic network information, such as IP address and request metadata, to deliver and protect the site.

3. How we use information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • authenticate an authorized operator and connect the selected account;
  • discover the correct official account, channel, Page, media, or destination;
  • prepare, upload, or monitor content that has passed the applicable approval workflow;
  • send draft content to a platform for the operator’s final review and publication where supported;
  • detect errors, prevent unauthorized actions, enforce publishing limits, and maintain security;
  • answer support, privacy, and deletion requests; and
  • comply with law and applicable platform requirements.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

4. When information is shared

Information is sent to a connected platform only when needed for the operator-selected workflow. For example, approved media and associated metadata may be transferred to TikTok’s Content Posting API so that the operator can continue editing and publishing from their TikTok inbox.

We may also disclose limited information:

  • to infrastructure providers that host or secure the Service;
  • when an operator intentionally uses a connected service such as a link shortener;
  • when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; or
  • to protect rights, safety, accounts, and the integrity of the Service.

Each connected platform processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Retention and security

Authorization credentials are retained only while the account remains connected or until they expire, are revoked, or are replaced. On supported Apple devices, secret credentials are stored in the operating system’s protected credential store rather than in public project files.

Account identifiers, approval records, destination mappings, post identifiers, and operational logs are retained while needed to operate, audit, and secure the workflow. We delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed, subject to legal, security, and backup requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

You may:

  • decline requested platform permissions;
  • revoke the Service from the connected platform’s account settings;
  • ask what information we hold about you;
  • request correction or deletion of information; and
  • object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law provides that right.

See our Data Deletion Instructions for the complete request process. Revoking platform access does not automatically remove content already published on that platform.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is not offered for use by anyone below the minimum age required by the connected platform or applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Service, platform integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through this website or another appropriate notice.
